Watercolors / Wasserfarben

color study

The Inn River begins in Lake Lughino, Switzerland, and flows 510 kilometers northeast across western Austria and southern Germany before meeting the Danube at Passau. The color of the river changes all the time – it can be anything from a dark mossy green to a milky coffee brown or a smokey gray. For four weeks I documented the shifting hues of the water, taking a photo of a specific place in time.
